This training is for Indiana fruit and vegetable growers, specifically farmers market vendors, and market managers interested in learning more about produce safety. Participants will also learn about the Food Safety Modernization Act (FISMA), Produce Safety Rule, Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) and co-management of natural resources and food safety.
