The Indiana Farmers Market Community of Practice is hosting Produce Safety Alliance Grower (PSAG) Trainings on January 17, 2024 with the Safe Produce Indiana Training Team. This training is virtual from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (ET). You must be on camera the entire time to receive a certificate.
PSAG training is for Indiana fruit and vegetable growers, specifically farmers who sell at farmers markets and market managers interested in learning about produce safety. Topics covered include the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), Produce Safety Rule, Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs), and co-management of natural resources and food safety.
