The Indiana Farmers Market Community of Practice is hosting Produce Safety Alliance Growers (PSAG)Training on Tuesday, April 9th is NOW VIRTUAL and not in person in Versailles!!! The training from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) with the Safe Produce Indiana Team.

PSAG training is for Indiana fruit and vegetable growers, especially, farmers who grow produce and sell at farmers markets and want to learn about produce food safety.  Market managers are welcome to attend. Topics covered include, Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), Produce Safety Rule, Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), co-management of natural resources, food safety and the new water ruling.

The cost for this training is covered by the Indiana Farmers Market Community of Practice with a grant from the Indiana Department of Health, Food Safety Division.
